VDFG champions gender equality and social transformation by empowering women.

We promote the growth and participation of women in exclusive yoga camps conducted in Navy and paramilitary units, various company project sites, the Ayush Ministry, and sports clubs.

Support is also provided through programs on health, nutrition guidance, and child welfare. Many participants have become regular attendees of VDFG initiatives and confidently lead and inspire their families and communities.
