ATFL was incorporated in 1986, under the Companies Act 1956 with the aim of providing innovative and affordable housing solutions and secured investment opportunities to the Ex Servicemen and rising middle class. The Company has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015.

ATFL has an impeccable record in offering reliable and strategic answers to pressing housing needs. ATFL spearheaded growth of housing/residential colonies and farm house complexes in many locations in Delhi and the northern India. VDFG has successfully launched and completed affordable Integrated township projects at Pathankot, Punjab (Defence Colony), Dharmshala, Himachal Pradesh ( Dhauladhar View), Palwal, Haryana ( Green Orchards), South Delhi ( Chattarpur Extn., JVTS Gardens), Rudrapur, Uttarakhand (Forces Village) and Nanital, Uttarakhand (Raksha Retreat)

Its Current projects which aimed at providing Affordable Homes are in Ambala Cantt, Haryana (ATFL-Herman City) and Noida, UP ( Defence Enclave).
