Highly qualified and visionary extraordinaire, Col Gaba is an engineer and graduate of India’s premier defence training institute NDA and is also an alumnus of IIT Delhi. Col Gaba is actively involved in policy formulation and business strategy development for the Group. A highly gifted and distinctly competent engineer from the Indian Army, Maj Bhando an electrical cum mechanical engineer by profession, took premature retirement and joined the Group in 1993. With his exceptionally patience, versatile, perceptive intellect, he oversees entire operations of the Group, guides various company personnel and projects and is the engine for business development.
He is a qualified NAREDCO certificate holder on Real Estate. A dedicated veteran, he is enthusiastically involved in corporate social responsibility. He has been instrumental in ensuring not only timely completion of the projects but has also ensured use of quality products ensuring longevity of housing units.
He is a World push up champion and the Brand Ambassador of “Fit India Movement (Govt. of India)”. He has set many world records in the push up. He won Golden Book of World Records of Most Push-Ups in 8 hours and in 1 hour in the year 2015, Guinness World record for Most Push-ups (52) in 1 minute carrying an 80-lb pack (37 kgs) in the year 2016 and Guinness World record for Fastest 1000 Push-ups in the year 2017
